Hotel Crystal

Crystal Hotel Ilidža is a charming and cozy historical hotel, beautifully preserved with a sense of Sarajevo’s past frozen in time. Its central location, highlighted by a large fountain, adds to the unique atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the stay feel warm and welcoming, and the accommodations were comfortable and well kept. This is the perfect choice for anyone wanting to experience Sarajevo’s heritage in a truly authentic setting.

I liked the staff. They were extremely kind and ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfast (despite it was in the hotel in front) was super good.

The property was in the center of the public park with many other hotels in the surroundings. It’s a nice place if you like to stay in an old dates hotel.
